Job summary

Brian’s House Incorporated in Exton, PA seeks a Certified Investigator to conduct investigations supporting the health, safety and rights of clients. You will interview individuals, staff and witnesses, gather documentary and physical evidence, and draft comprehensive reports for review.

This role requires PA Certified Investigator certification, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with IDD or Mental Health populations; on-call availability and travel to sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and PA Certified Investigator certification with recertification.
• At least two years' experience with IDD or Mental Health populations.
• Ability to be on-call nights/weekends/holidays and travel to sites.
• Strong interviewing, analytical and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate assigned incidents across Brian's House sites.
• Conduct interviews with individuals, staff and witnesses.
• Collect and secure documentary and physical evidence.
• Prepare investigation reports and present materials for Administrative Review Committee.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
