• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or CCEP are preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in investigations or ethics/compliance.

• Review, triage, and assess allegations of employee misconduct and determine witnesses and resources.
• Lead and document witness, complainant, and respondent interviews using advanced interviewing techniques.
• Prepare written investigative findings with root-cause analysis and process improvement recommendations.
• Provide updates to leadership and external entities as required.
• Maintain custody and integrity of evidence for investigations and proceedings.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and attorneys on assignments and escalations.
• Develop and lead education sessions on investigation trends for executives and units.
• Coordinate engagement of external law firms and witnesses for investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
