Join our Global Ethics and Investigations Team!

The Senior Compliance Investigator is responsible for conducting internal investigations, communicating results in writing, and recommending corrective actions to protect the company and ensure adherence to the code of conduct, policies, and laws. This remote role involves investigations across all countries where the company operates.

We seek an experienced investigator with a background in leading investigations into complex issues. Federal or state law enforcement experience is preferred but not required. Experience with forensic analysis is also advantageous. This international scope position is based in the United States.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Investigate allegations from the Open Reporting program related to violations of our code, policies, or law.
  • Review and plan investigations for employee complaints, allegations, disputes, and claims.
  • Perform forensic reviews of evidence.
  • Interview witnesses and subject matter experts.
  • Document findings comprehensively, collaborating with legal, HR, and business teams.
  • Work with counsel and leadership to determine corrective actions.
  • Manage case volume to ensure timely investigations.
  • Identify and implement measures to prevent similar future allegations.
  • Use sound judgment to assess information, consult legal counsel when needed, and form fact-based opinions.
  • Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years in investigations or law enforcement.
  • Experience in HR, Finance, Security, Legal, or Compliance.
  • Ability to quickly learn company policies and tools.
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • High confidentiality, diplomacy, and business acumen.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and risk assessment.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
  • High integrity and objectivity.
