The State of Arizona seeks an Investigator 3 to assess compliance within the Labor Division. Posting Details:
This position requires the investigator to evaluate each case for compliance with all Labor Department jurisdictional programs. Investigations are mainly conducted from the office, with limited fieldwork on an as-needed basis.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona, based on department needs and performance metrics.

Investigation and caseload management experience.
Operate a vehicle with a valid driver’s license if required. Complete all training and pass record checks. Maintain acceptable driving records and insurance if using a personal vehicle for state business. All new hires must complete E-Verify.
