Job summary

Iowa's News Now in Cedar Rapids is seeking an Investigative Reporter/MMJ who can dig deeper into stories, producing 2 to 3 pieces a week. You will report, shoot and edit, enterprising story ideas, and develop contacts as assigned.

The position requires close communication with the news director, the ability to work independently, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Experience with live shots is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of reporting experience.
• Must show NPPA-style storytelling and live-shot ability.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Experience shooting and editing news stories is preferred.

Responsibilities
