Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Location: Remote (Preferably Eastern Time Zone)

Are you a detail-oriented data analyst passionate about customer data and marketing initiatives? Join an innovative team and play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across platforms.

We’re seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team in driving customer experience improvements through data. You’ll be the investigator of marketing and segmentation use cases, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems and uncover areas of improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate Data Feasibility: Analyze and assess the availability, accuracy, and integrity of data across customer touchpoints, ensuring reliable and actionable data for marketing campaigns.
• Map Data Flow & Field Validation: Create visual data flow diagrams, validate key data fields, and ensure consistent data synchronization across Salesforce platforms (SFMC, SFDC) and other systems.
• Root Cause Analysis: Uncover the causes of missing or conflicting data, recommend standardization approaches, and collaborate with data owners to resolve discrepancies.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Document findings, create actionable reports, and work with cross-functional teams to align on data strategies and business requirements.

Qualifications You Bring

• Proven experience with data analysis and marketing data within Salesforce platforms (SFMC, SFDC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Expertise in data profiling, identifying system-level issues, and recommending solutions for data integrity.
• Proficient in creating data flow diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or similar.
• Strong communication skills for working across teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and thorough documentation of your findings.
• Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and/or MDM systems for data querying and analysis.

Bonus: Familiarity with identity resolution, segmentation logic, and customer lifecycle data.
