Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with fiscal/budget practices and data reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Teams).
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with multiple agencies.
• Demonstrates good judgement, prioritization, and problem-solving.
• Post-offer pre-employment testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and emails quickly and professionally.
• Conduct audits of SAFETNet and maintain agency contacts.
• Assist in data collection and drafting of intelligence products.
• Prepare reports for local and federal partners regarding investigations.
• Create, update, and verify database records for ongoing investigations.
• Deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
• Track expenditures and assist with budget modifications.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure attendance and perform clerical tasks as directed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement partners on interdicts and alerts.
