Job summary

Forward Global is seeking a motivated current or recent student for a part-time internship (up to 30 hours/week) in our corporate investigations and intelligence team. The role focuses on U.S. and international due diligence research for corporate and financial clients, with training provided in media, legal and regulatory analysis.

Qualifications

• Excellent English-language writing skills.
• Superior research, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Broad intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to quickly and effectively summarize complex information from multiple sources and clearly communicate ideas.
• Capacity to adapt to new situations and accept/apply feedback.
• Ability to manage and prioritize several projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Professional working proficiency in a foreign language (reading, writing) is a plus, particularly Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian and/or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public-records and open-source research on companies and individuals to support due diligence and corporate intelligence investigations.
• Research corporate ownership structures, business affiliations, litigation histories, regulatory actions, and adverse media to identify potential risks and relevant connections.
• Organize and document research findings, verify sources, and assist in preparing clear, accurate reports for client engagements.
