Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic data/video upload processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Case Managers and field investigators.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing investigative assignments and ensure adherence to client requirements.
• Help assign cases to field investigators based on geography, budget, and cost containment.
• Gather information for in-house investigations to facilitate successful case completion.
• Draft assignments with detailed instructions for investigators to follow.
• Maintain documentation of feedback on field investigator performance, communication, and timeliness.
