Responsibilities

• Respond to subpoenas and litigation requests.
• Assist with FOIL requests and information requests from prosecutors.
• Support agency investigations and do legal research, memos, and write/edit investigative reports.
• Interact with City agencies on DOI legal matters; assist with procurement and contracting.
