Qualifications

  • Specialized Experience: applying a wide range of methods, principles, and practices while performing investigative and compliance activities.
  • Substitution of Education: a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M, if related.
  • Combination of Education and Experience: Advising management on various compliance infractions, and avoidance of procedural and regulatory requirements governing compliance licensing or processes; and researching, analyzing, interpreting and verifying financial, statistical, economic, and/or commercial trade data and information.

Responsibilities

  • Applying a wide range of methods, principles, and practices while performing investigative and compliance activities.
  • Assisting in developing recommendations on various compliance infractions, and avoidance of procedural and regulatory requirements governing compliance licensing or processes such as export/import licensing, telecommunications licensing, and/or authorizations.
  • Advising management on various compliance infractions, and avoidance of procedural and regulatory requirements governing compliance licensing or processes; and researching, analyzing, interpreting and verifying financial, statistical, economic, and/or commercial trade data and information.

Education

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
