Job summary

California Bioenergy OPCO is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support Maintenance and Operations at Visalia, CA. You will handle receiving, shipping, staging, and inventory control, ensuring materials and equipment are properly received and distributed to field sites.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, forklift operation, and adherence to safety policies. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k with match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years warehouse/inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems (CMMS/ERP) preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Prepare, package, and ship outbound materials, returns, rebuilds, and warranty items.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Coordinate material deliveries to operational sites as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory levels while coordinating orders and order discrepancies with the purchasing manager.
• Assist with warranty claims and RMAs.
• Maintain organization and housekeeping in the warehouse.
