Job summary

Interwest is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Provo, UT to oversee daily warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment, coordinating with multiple teams to meet production and shipping deadlines.

The role requires 2–4 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with CSI/ERP systems, plus a strong focus on safety and process improvements. Pay is $21–$24 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and shipping/receiving.
• Experience using CSI, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: stocking, picking, kitting, and order fulfillment.
• Manage shipping/receiving, labeling, packaging, and documentation.
• Coordinate deliveries and internal material transfers; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support safety, 5S housekeeping, and OSHA compliance.
