Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Co. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and staff for retail, concessions, and onboard train services in Durango, CO.

The role requires supervising staff, coordinating inventory transfers, managing replenishment, and ensuring safety and accuracy across all warehouse duties. Proficiency with inventory and POS software and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory management, retail, food/beverage, or logistics environments preferred.
• Experience using inventory management and POS software required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse employees; manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, receiving, storage, and product distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and inventory control systems.
• Coordinate transfers between warehouse, retail locations, concessions, and onboard operations.
• Manage ordering and replenishment of merchandise, food/beverage, and supplies.
• Forecast inventory needs and coordinate replenishment across departments.
• Operate and supervise forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and paperwork.
