Job summary

Eagle Beverage & Accessory Products, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team at our Kent, WA facility. You will oversee receiving, storage, and inventory control, while supporting production lines for beverage bases and related products.

Responsibilities include material flow optimization, inter-facility transfers to K59, dock scheduling with OpenDock, and ensuring 99% inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience in food and beverage or consumer goods preferred.
• Knowledge of SQF certification requirements and GMP practices.
• Proficiency with NetSuite WMS and inventory discipline.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and manage materials and returns.
• Support production lines and ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Coordinate inter-facility transfers and dock scheduling.
• Maintain 99% inventory accuracy via daily cycle counts.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff; conduct daily meetings.
• Ensure GMP and SQF compliance across warehouse areas.
• Oversee order fulfillment and on-time shipping performance.
• Prepare and present performance metrics to management.
