Eagle Beverage & Accessory Products, LLC in Kent, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory movement, raw material receipt, and order fulfillment on a standard day shift. This in-person role requires forklift experience and strict adherence to safety and processes.

You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, perform cycle counts, manage ERP transactions, and ensure accurate material handling from receiving to put-away and shipping.

Qualifications

• 2-year diploma in business or technical discipline desired.
• 5+ years direct related experience.
• Able to lift materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and verify raw materials from warehouse locations to WIP to support production.
• Receive and put away finished goods and raw materials from production in a timely manner.
• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure materials are properly identified and stored per policies.
• Safely move materials using pallet jacks, carts and forklifts.
• Count and break down material into floor bin quantities.
• Dispost obsolete/expired product properly.
• Process material transactions in the ERP system accurately.
• Deliver material between facilities as needed.
• Run daily manifests and complete end-of-day tasks.
• Maintain safe working practices and environment.

This person will be a member of our warehouse team, providing movement of all inventory items and receipt of inbound purchases. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Accurately pick, verify raw material from warehouse locations to WIP ensure continuous supply to production.
• Receive and put away finish goods and back to stock raw material from production within a timely manner.
• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy in a controlled and organized manner.
• Ensure all materials are properly identified stored per company policies.
• Safely and efficiently move materials to and from warehouse locations utilizing material handling equipment including pallet jacks, carts and forklift as necessary.
• Count and break down material into floor bin quantities.
• Ensure all obsolete and/or expired product is properly dispositioned.
• Accurately perform material transaction within ERP system.
• Deliver material between facilities and other locations as necessary.
• Run daily manifests and perform end of day task.
• Maintain safe working practices and environment.

Skills

• Previous experience in a materials role, preferably in a manufacturing environment including inventory tracking and cycle counting
• Fork lift certified
• Skilled working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
• Valid driver's license with excellent safety record
• Experience in inventory control systems and transactions
• Able to lift 50 lbs

Education/Training

2-year diploma in business or technical discipline desired

5-years direct related experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Able to work under supervision.
• Attention to detail/accuracy on BOLs, inventory documentation, and receiving packing slips.
• Physically able to safely lift materials and products weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Comfort with taking direction and constructive coaching.
• Authorized to work in the US.
