Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Inventory Control professional for our Ontario, CA client. The role involves supporting the shipping team, operating MHE, and ensuring accuracy in inventory and data entry.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of warehouse experience, familiarity with PKMS or similar WMS, and the ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment including forklift, cherry picker, turret or Electric Pallet Jack. Onsite interview required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related warehouse experience.
• Experience with MHE and forklift, cherry picker, turret or Electric Pallet Jack.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds (team lift above 70–75).
• Knowledge of PKMS or similar WMS.
• Basic English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to work at heights 12–24 feet on conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Confirm product accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Identify delivery shortages and damages.
• Enter data into computer systems.
• Initially assist on the shipping dock, later cross-train to look up orders and schedule deliveries.
• Use pallet jacks, dock stockers and forklifts; drive multiple pieces of equipment.

Job description

Our client in Ontario ca isseeking an Inventory Controlto join their team. As an Inventory Control youwill be part of the shipping supporting team. The ideal candidate will have warehouse equipment knowledge such as cherry picker, turret or Electric Pallet Jack, andminimum 1-year related experience in a warehouse environment; including MHE experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Control

Location: Ontario ca.

Pay Range: $20.50
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6pm-2:30am
An onsite interview would be required before being selected/assigned to this role.

What’s the Job?

• Confirm accuracy of product and work with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed to perform daily tasks while adhering to safety procedures.
• Identify delivery shortages and damages of product.
• Computer data entry.
• Worker will start off performing work similar to our SC2 Shipping role and helping out on the shipping dock. They will then be cross trained on looking up orders in the system/scheduling deliveries in the tool. Must be comfortable with Office applications.
• Equipment: Pallet Jack, Dock Stocker, and sit-down forklift may be used. Worker will need to know how to drive multiple pieces of equipment.

What’s Needed?

• Previous exposure or knowledge of PKMS or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to lift, push or pull equipment/merchandise weighing up to 70 pounds (anything over 70-75lbs would be a team lift).
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• Minimum one (1) year related experience in a warehouse environment; including MHE experience and ability to become certified (i.e. Driving forklift, cherry picker, turret or Electric Pallet Jack).
• May work at heights of 12-24 feet when working on the conveyor.
• An onsite interview would be required before being selected/assigned to this role
