KnitWell Group’s WHBM Huntersville store is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory, stock, and merchandising while delivering a customer-focused experience. You’ll help process shipments, restock the floor, update pricing, and keep the stockroom organized to support a seamless shopping journey for guests.

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and initiative with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock and implement price changes as needed.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment and brand standards.
• Assist leaders with visual directives, floor sets, and signage.
