KnitWell Group is seeking a Support Associate for a WHBM location in Coconut Creek, FL. The role involves back-of-house and sales floor support, handling inventory, restocking, and merchandising to maintain an engaging store environment.

You will follow brand standards, assist with visual directives, and contribute to a team-oriented, hospitality-driven culture. Must be 18+ with flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and available nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in retail inventory and merchandising is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move products as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and assist with floor replenishment.
• Restock products, update pricing, and ensure brand standards on the sales floor.
• Support store leaders with visual directives and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
