Job summary

MISA Imports Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory movement and lifecycle tracking across our national distribution network, with a primary focus on inventory at our Dallas headquarters.

This role reports to the COO and collaborates with procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, and sales & marketing teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery to end customers. The position emphasizes end-to-end inventory control, data-driven reporting, and continuous process

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory management or supply chain roles.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Experience managing multi-location inventory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time visibility into inventory levels, locations, and status across branch/warehouse locations, with HQ focus in Dallas.
• Plan and coordinate inventory transfers between branches, warehouses, and logistics providers.
• Own the process of confirming inventory shipments are received and accepted by end customers.
• Produce regular inventory reports and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce shrinkage and improve turn rates.
