Job summary

Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Receiving Associate to support the Supply Chain team. You will manage par locations, perform shipping/receiving tasks, and keep bins clean while ensuring accurate counts.

Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, 40 hours weekly. High school diploma required; familiarity with inventories, basic math, Excel/Outlook/Word, and a valid driver’s license with clean record.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with limited demerit points; must be insurable for hospital driving.

Description

Working with the Supply Chain Analyst, supplies all par locations using the established PAR set up. Shipping and Receiving responsibility. Cleaning of bins and shelves. Mail operations.

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience

• Familiar with Inventories.
• Must be able to read and write English, and perform basic math.

Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications

• Proficient in basic Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have no more than 2 points within the last two year period; must have less than 4 points on license at time of hire.
• Must be able to be insured by hospital insurance for driving, if not may be terminated.
• Must report additional points obtained to HR within 48 hours of issue that may affect insurance eligibility (DUI).

Hours

• 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
