You will receive, stock, issue, and track inventory daily, performing counts and discrepancies reconciliation using our inventory software.

The role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience with inventory systems to support cost control and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (General Studies) with one year of supply chain related experience or equivalent.
• High School GED (General Studies) with one year of supply chain related experience or equivalent.
• No additional specialized qualifications required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, issue, and track inventory, performing counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Process orders and use management systems to maintain accurate records.
• Restock supplies daily and rotate inventory to maintain proper par levels.
• Distribute medical supplies to patient care areas while monitoring stock levels.
• Identify excess inventory and return stock or process credits.
• Notify supervisor of outdates or slow-moving inventory and maintain clean stock locations.

As an Inventory Professional, you will efficiently and accurately manage supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.

Every day you will receive, stock, issue, and track inventory, performing counts, reconciling discrepancies, processing orders, and utilizing management systems.

To be successful, you will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory software, crucial for operational efficiency and cost control.

• Restocks supplies daily and rotates inventory supporting accurate inventory levels, generating orders/requisitions as needed
• Distributes medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas, while monitoring par levels for specific products to assure that appropriate levels are established in order not to affect patient care
• Identified excess inventory, returning stock and processing credits
• Notifies supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory
• Participates in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventory items; issues and credits materials from the inventory management system
• Responsible for maintaining clean and orderly stock locations, and labeling bins and handling requests to change pars

Pay Range $15.67 - $22.14 /hour
