PICS Inventory is seeking a Team Leader in Midlothian, VA to supervise inventory counts for major retailers. You will work with a small team, ensure accuracy, and coordinate field assignments.

The role requires early morning hours (5 a.m. to 7 a.m.) with travel across the area; carpool is provided for inventories over 30 miles. On-site positions and reliable transportation are essential. We offer paid on-the-job training and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Prior inventory counting experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites.
• Occasional weekend and evening work may be required.
• Be a team player and maintain professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory for major retailers across the area with accuracy.
• Enter data using a handheld collection device and scanner.
• Coordinate travel logistics; carpool may be provided for long inventories.
• Maintain on-site presence until job completion and keep supervisors informed.
