Job summary

PICS Inventory is seeking a Team Leader in Chesapeake, VA to count inventory for major retailers across the area. You will lead team members, ensure accuracy, and coordinate on-site work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory experience helpful but not required, counts as asset.
• Able to work in a team and support others.
• Courteous to customers and store managers when asked questions.
• Professional in appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Continual training and development to increase productivity and accuracy.
• Focus on customer satisfaction in all inventories.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pay ranges from $18-$22 based on experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites.
• Must have reliable means of communication.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory for major retailers throughout the area.
• Travel to inventory sites as needed; carpool for inventories over 30 miles from territory.
• Enter data using a handheld collection device and scanner; ensure accuracy.
