Job summary

L'Oréal in Monmouth Junction, NJ seeks an Inventory Team Lead to guide daily floor operations, ensure stock accuracy, and coordinate warehouse teams on the first shift (6:30am–3:00pm) with occasional overtime.

You will lead inbound workflows, manage assignments for full-time and temporary staff, and drive continuous improvement using LMS and RF scanning tools while tracking KPIs and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Practical track record in warehouse order processing and physical inventory reconciliation.
• Ability to organize shift teams, allocate equipment, and run daily routines.
• Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily inbound workflows, schedule team assignments, and lead pre-shift briefings.
• Audit case labelling, investigate stock discrepancies, and conduct reconciliations.
• Use LMS and RF scanning tools to monitor productivity, track KPIs, and drive improvements.
• Uphold OSHA, hazardous material compliance, and site safety practices.
