Job summary

L’Oréal USA seeks an Inventory Team Lead for its Luxe Division at the Monmouth Junction site, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm. You will supervise daily warehouse operations, manage floor teams, and drive accuracy across inbound and outbound processes.

Based at the Monmouth Junction fulfilment site, you will ensure stock integrity, deploy labour resources, and use RF scanning tools and LMS to improve productivity while upholding OSHA and hazardous material standards.

Qualifications

• Practical track record in warehouse order processing and inventory reconciliation.
• Ability to organize shift teams and run structured daily routines.
• Solid understanding of warehouse safety regulations and certification requirements.
• Working knowledge of Excel and warehouse management systems to track KPIs.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Floor & Labour Management: Direct daily inbound workflows, schedule team assignments, and lead pre-shift briefings.
• Inventory Integrity & Quality: Audit case labelling, investigate stock discrepancies, and reconcile inventory to prevent bottlenecks.
• Operational Excellence & Industry 4.0: Use LMS and RF tools to monitor productivity, KPI tracking, and process improvements.
• Safety & EHS Standards: Enforce OSHA/RSMA chemical safety and maintain a safe working environment.
