Job summary

Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is seeking Team Leader candidates in the Coraopolis, PA area. You will count inventory for major retailers, require reliability, and may travel with carpool for inventories beyond 30 miles from your territory.

Ideal candidates have inventory experience or are strong team players with excellent data entry skills and professional presentation. Early hours, some weekends, and a company vehicle may be involved.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory experience with the ability to manage small and mid-sized inventories as determined by District Management.
• Be a Team player – work well within a team concept.
• Be courteous to the store’s customers and store managers when asked questions.
• Be professional in presentation and demeanor at all times.
• Continual training and development of team members to increase productivity while ensuring accuracy.
• Develop customer satisfaction in all inventories.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Available to begin work early morning hours, 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. (with centralized meet sites at earlier times). Occasional weekend and evening work available.
• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites. (public or private)
• Must have a reliable means of communication.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory for major retailers throughout the area.
• Enter data into a handheld collection device with a 10-key data entry and a handheld scanner.
• Work on-site for 4–8 hours per inventory, standing and kneeling as needed to count merchandise.
• Occasional weekend and evening inventories.
• Travel with carpool to inventories over 30 miles from your assigned territory.
