Job summary

DSV is seeking an experienced Inventory Team Lead to join our warehouse operations. You will oversee inventory control, lead a team of associates, and ensure accurate counts and timely reporting.

The role requires at least 3 years in inventory management, experience leading a team, and familiarity with warehouse systems. A Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; forklift operation is a plus; fluent in English; strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of inventory associates to perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and processes.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods.
• Enter data into inventory management system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized and clean inventory storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
• Prepare regular inventory reports for management.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
