Empower AI, headquartered in Reston, VA, seeks an Inventory Systems Administrator to support the DoS inventory systems across a hybrid VPC and global IT landscape. You will ensure real‑time inventory tracking, shipping status updates, and robust reporting capabilities for the customer’s warehouse operations.

The role requires 5+ years in IT or inventory management, a Bachelor’s in IT or a related field, and a Secret clearance. Experience with DoS intranet systems and ILMS is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory management system supporting hybrid VPC and global IT infrastructure.
• Administer a Government‑approved COTS inventory software with real‑time inventory levels & shipping status.
• Maintain ILMS compliance and secure, web‑based dashboard access for customers.
• Upgrade and customize inventory system for the DoS intranet as directed.
• Generate standard and ad hoc warehouse reports and bi‑weekly data extractions.
• Upload annual physical inventory data and resolve system discrepancies.
