Job summary

Sustainable Beef in North Platte, NE is seeking an Inventory and Support Clerk to manage inventory from receipt to distribution, including storeroom responsibilities. The role supports plant operations and may include sanitation tasks for the laundry side of the Storeroom.

The candidate should be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, and able to collaborate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies. Prior ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory from vendors and enter data into software systems.
• Physically stock and organize parts and materials in designated bin locations.
• Issue and receive materials to and from plant staff.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Work with Accounts Payable and Purchasing to resolve order discrepancies.
• File bill of ladings and packing slips.
• Manage returns and damaged goods.
• Maintain accurate bin location data and inventory tracking.
• Sanitize, launder, and maintain cleanliness of tools, PPE, and uniforms.
• Operate industrial washing equipment and follow sanitation protocols.
