Job summary

Hamilton County Health & Social Services Division is seeking an Inventory/Stock Clerk responsible for receiving and maintaining medical and office supplies, recording inventory, and coordinating requisitions. You will monitor stock, restock shelves, and assist with mail and printing needs in a busy county department.

Preferred candidates have warehousing experience, possess a valid driver’s license, and are prepared to complete defensive driving training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a valid driver’s license required.
• Two years of warehousing/inventory management experience preferred.
• Defensive Driving course or EVOC training may be required before operating a County vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Gather, receive, and maintain inventory of medical and office supplies and educational materials.
• Log issued items into computer and monitor stock levels; restock shelves as needed.
• Prepare requisitions for items in low supply and coordinate orders with vendors.
• Update records and issue asset tags; distribute mail as needed; coordinate printing and related services.
