Job summary

TGH North in Brooksville, Florida is seeking an Inventory Supply Coordinator to manage par carts, ensure item numbers are used, and support hospital departments with timely supplies.

Responsibilities include maintaining PAR levels in nursing areas, reporting shortages to the Purchasing Department, stocking items in proper locations, delivering special order items with signatures, and remaining at the assigned workstation ready to work on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in inventory or supply.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Uses time efficiently. Does not waste time with functions unrelated to work duties.
• Receiving for hospital supplies, crash cart, maintaining within defined policy.

Description

Performs a variety of tasks associated with distribution of supplies and equipment to requesting departments. Responsible for inventory management of par carts on units to ensure adequate supplies are available. Responsible for ensuring item numbers are utilized on all products used throughout the facility, both stock and non-stock. Provides clerical support and has basic knowledge of computer skills are required.
