Job summary

Senra Systems is seeking an Inventory Management Supervisor to own materials management across our Cypress, CA sites. You will develop SOPs, manage receiving, kitting, packing, and cross-site inventory controls while driving accuracy and efficient workflows in a rapidly growing manufacturing environment.

You will lead a team, establish KPIs, and collaborate with ERP/MRP systems to optimize inventory performance, reporting to the Head of Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in materials management or warehouse supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement SOPs for warehouse workflows
• Oversee inbound material flow, conformity checks, damage assessment and inventory accuracy
• Lead picking and kitting to meet production schedules
• Oversee outbound packing and shipping for on-time delivery
• Standardize inventory integrity across multiple sites and coordinate transfers
• Track metrics and mentor staff for growth and performance
