Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Experience with multi-temperature food distribution.
• Knowledge of lot/date control and traceability requirements.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across all temperature zones.
• Lead cycle count programs, reconciliations, and variance resolution.
• Investigate shorts, damages, and discrepancies with root-cause analysis.
• Ensure proper location control, slotting integrity, and product identification.
• Maintain inventory accuracy to support order fulfilment and financial reporting.
• Support program sales accounts with specific inventory management requirements.
• Manage product checks for quality.
• Work with Procurement and vendors on discrepancies.
• Manage receiving inspections.
• Oversee OS&D processes.
• Track and report inventory KPIs (accuracy, adjustments, shorts, write-offs).
• Identify trends and implement corrective actions.
