Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including varying hours.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen if required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Inventory Associates to achieve accuracy.
• Lead and engage the team to maximize productivity.
• Act as backup to the Area Manager at inventory events.
• Ensure safe behaviors at all events.
• Assist with planning and execution of logistics.
