Aegis Worldwide, partnered with a Greenville, OH manufacturer, seeks an Inventory Supervisor to support production, logistics, and supply chain functions across the facility.

You will oversee inventory operations, lead a team of 2 Inventory Clerks, 1 Cycle Counter, and 6 Material Handlers, and collaborate with purchasing and production to ensure material availability and data integrity.

Formación

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends for improved decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inventory operations across receipt, storage, and distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile counts with the system.
• Supervise a team including 2 Inventory Clerks, 1 Cycle Counter, and 6 Material Handlers.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Develop and enforce inventory controls to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and production to support seamless operations.
• Assist with replenishment and material availability planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office 365
• Analytical Abilities: Ability to interpret data and identify trends for improved decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee Inventory Operations: Manage the receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of materials and products.
• Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date records and reconcile physical counts with system data.
• Lead and Support a Team: Supervise and guide a team, including:
• 2 Inventory Clerks
• 1 Cycle Counter
• 6 Material Handlers
• Analyze Data & Drive Improvement: Review inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend process enhancements.
• Implement Policies & Controls: Develop and enforce inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce discrepancies.
• Conduct Audits: Oversee regular cycle counts and audits to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with purchasing, logistics, and production teams to support seamless operations.
• Assist with Replenishment: Support ordering, restocking, and material availability planning.
