About the Role:

Coastal Protection Inc is looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Inventory Supervisor to join our team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL! In this key role, you’ll oversee inventory operations and help keep our business running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily inventory control operations and warehouse activities
• Receive daily UPS/FedEx shipments, unpackaged, cross‑reference POs, update inventory, and create/print barcode labels
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and perform regular physical inventory audits
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure product availability
• Generate inventory reports and present findings to management
• Handle Return Authorizations and create shipping labels for products to distributors
• Organize & help technicians keep proper inventory on vans

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Proficiency with inventory management software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors & small warehouse environment
• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
