About the Role The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory operations and supporting the inventory needs across multiple facilities. Reporting directly to the Inventory Manager, this role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering positive working relationships across all locations. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach when working with teams at each facility. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues through both hands-on, on-site support, and digital systems. This position requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate. Regular travel between facilities is required.
