Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, storage and inventory of all departmental supplies and food stuffs; maintain sanitation in storage areas.
• Inventory and maintains necessary food and other supplies to ensure efficient operation of the Food Service Department.
• Store food and supplies in correct containers and proper storage areas according to guidelines; ensure non-spoilage of food.
• Rotate stock according to oldest product first; date and label items; follow company procedures for ordering.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when receiving and distributing food supplies to ensure quality and safety.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports as required by corporate policies.
