Job summary

Storeroom Attendant - Integrated Supply in East Hartford, CT is a 3-month temporary assignment inside a customer facility. The role focuses on receiving, inventory, and issuing parts at the crib window, with on-site work and potential extension or temp-to-hire.

The shift is 1st, Monday–Friday, with 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM hours, and occasional weekend overtime. Dress code and safety rules apply; forklift experience is a plus and a fast-paced environment is typical.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen and show a US passport or certified birth certificate with raised seal on day one.
• Must pass a client-specific background screening and badging process.
• 3 or more months of relevant experience or training (high school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required).
• Experience loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Basic computer and math skills, or demonstrated aptitude to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail and a safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away incoming product, tools and equipment, checking for damage and for discrepancies against invoices.
• Sort, label, move and store items on racks, shelves and in bins in a set sequence, arranging storage to make the best use of space.
• Issue product, tools and equipment to site employees and keep accurate records of items issued and returned.
• Enter data in the inventory system to keep stock records current and respond to inquiries on inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts, assist with inventory level maintenance and report the results.
• Request requisitions to replenish inventory and log discrepancies for management follow-up.
• Inspect tools and equipment for wear, deliver them to work locations and locate lost or misplaced items.
