Job summary

Trawick Construction Company, LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Live Oak, FL to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. You will prepare orders for shipment and verify inventory to ensure stock availability, while following safety and packaging guidelines.

Responsibilities include organizing pick tickets, receiving shipments, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and growth within Operations Production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Basic computer and inventory control knowledge.
• Experience operating forklift and pallet jack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements.
• Check and verify inventory to ensure availability of needed stock.
• Notify the Supervisor of shortages and packaging material restocking needs.
• Package and ship products according to packaging guidelines and practices.
• Stock shelves in the warehouse and put away new materials.
• Organize pick tickets and cross-check them with packing slips and work orders.
• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments; confirm accuracy with packing slips and purchase orders.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift for loading and unloading materials.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
