Job summary

LightFire Distribution is seeking an Entry Level Warehouse Associate to join our Tamarac, FL warehouse. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, organized stock, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate cherry pickers, follow established processes, and support audits while lifting 50+ lbs as needed. Attendance and reliability are essential; overtime may be required depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating cherry pickers or similar order-picking equipment.
• 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
• English proficiency required for safety and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized and accurate inventory in the warehouse.
• Count, track, and replenish stock following procedures.
• Label and store products to ensure inventory control.
• Assist with routine inventory audits and report discrepancies.
• Safely operate order-picking equipment and follow safety guidelines.
