Job summary

EchoStar is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage the flow of satellite equipment and related hardware in and out of the warehouse. You will document inventory, receive and stock goods, and prepare shipments for installations and service calls.

You will work with inventory tracking systems, operate warehouse equipment, and may lift heavy items while maintaining accurate records. Flexible hours, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in.
• Employees must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and may occasionally be required to lift up to 125 pounds.
• Utilize computer systems and inventory tracking programs to manage and update inventory records efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of material and equipment in and out of the warehouse to support internal and external customers.
• Document quantity and type of equipment stocked in warehouse and on vans; track materials for installations and service calls.
• Receive returned equipment, new inventory, and vendor shipments; stock inventory and record distributed hardware information.
• Complete daily inventory transactions and link them to the proper accounts.
• Prepare equipment shipments to remote employees with accurate documentation and timely delivery.
