Job summary

EchoStar is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage the flow of satellite dishes, receivers, DVRs, and related hardware in a warehouse setting. You will support internal teams and field technicians, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely shipments.

Responsibilities include counting inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining precise records using inventory systems. The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds and operating warehouse equipment; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, with overtime compensation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and up to 125 pounds occasionally.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Proficiently use inventory tracking programs to update records.

Responsibilities

• Document quantity and type of equipment stocked in warehouse and on vans.
• Maintain accurate counts of van, warehouse, and saleable products daily/weekly/monthly.
• Receive, stock, and ship returned equipment and vendor shipments; log in computer system.
• Complete daily inventory transactions and link to proper accounts.
• Prepare equipment shipments to remote employees with accurate documentation.
