Job summary

HJI Supply Chain Solutions in Louisville, KY seeks an Inventory Representative to manage receipt, storage and shipment of materials. You will track inventory, perform counts, and ensure accurate reporting while delivering strong customer service.

You will collaborate with logistics teams, drivers, and customers, maintain stock integrity, and support efficient material flow with daily audits and safe warehouse practices.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook with excellence.
• Experience with inventory control and WMS or external systems.
• Strong problem solving, math and data entry skills.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of traffic laws.
• Effective written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment and receipt of products and materials.
• Receive, unpack, restock, and loginventory; perform counts.
• Track status of shipments; update customers on material flow.
• Process receipts and documentation for invoicing and inspections.
• Conduct daily audits and report findings; ensure safety.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, drivers and providers.
• Operate forklifts and move parts between facilities as needed.
