Job summary

EZARC is seeking an Inventory Helper to assist in recording inventory transactions using Tekla, assign locations and quantities, and support the Senior Project Manager and Project Admin in shop operations.

The role focuses on compiling and maintaining inventory reports to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas, including collaboration with the Weld Shop and handling yearly physical inventories.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of experience in inventory or related roles.
• Experience with MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access Data-Entry).
• Experience with Tekla or similar production planning software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and count stock items and record data manually in Tekla.
• Pack/unpack items for shelves in stockrooms or warehouses.
• Verify inventory records in Tekla against physical counts and adjust discrepancies.
