Job summary

EchoStar is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage the flow of satellite equipment, receivers, and hardware in a warehouse setting. The role supports internal teams and field crews, ensuring accurate stock and timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to frequently lift 75 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jack or forklift.
• Experience using inventory-tracking software to manage records.

Responsibilities

• Document quantity and type of equipment stocked in warehouse and vans.
• Maintain accurate counts of van, warehouse, and saleable products daily/weekly/monthly.
• Receive and stock returned equipment, new inventory, and vendor shipments; record in tracking system.
• Complete daily inventory transactions linked to proper accounts.
• Prepare equipment shipments to remote employees with accurate documentation.
