Job summary

EchoStar is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage the flow of materials and equipment such as satellite dishes, receivers, DVRs, and related hardware. The role supports both internal and external customers and requires diligent inventory control.

Key duties include maintaining accurate counts, processing shipments, and recording data in our tracking systems. Candidates must lift up to 75 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license in the state of employment and a safe driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proficiency with inventory tracking programs and computer systems for accurate records.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and up to 125 pounds on occasion.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Document quantity and type of equipment stocked in warehouse and on vans.
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly counts of van and warehouse products.
• Receive returned equipment, new inventory, and vendor shipments; stock and record items.
• Complete daily inventory transactions and link to proper accounts.
• Prepare equipment shipments to remote employees with accurate documentation.
