Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Logistics Inventory Specialist to oversee site inventory, ensure safety and quality compliance, and coordinate with internal and external partners. The role emphasizes accurate stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and efficient handling of write-offs within a unionized manufacturing setting.

The position requires 2+ years in supply chain/logistics, on-site work, and proficiency in SAP ECC/EWM with advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent operational experience.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant supply chain/logistics experience.
• Work Location: 100% on-site presence at the facility.
• Travel less than 5% to other regional sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage site inventory and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and ad-hoc counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Reconcile stock between physical inventory and SAP/EWM systems.
• Oversee damage processing and write-offs in coordination with finance.
• Monitor inbound/outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to reduce write-offs and improve productivity.
• Investigate and resolve EWM queue issues between ECC and EWM.
• Collaborate with warehouse and delivery supervisors to optimize processes.
