Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist II to ensure data integrity, optimize stock, and support site operations across multiple sites. You will manage SAP MM/PM transactions, monitor thresholds, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on accuracy and proactive planning.

Required are 3 years of inventory experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in inventory, warehouse, or material management at ICS II level.
• Experience with SAP MM/PM or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions to support site ops.
• Perform SAP goods movements, transfers, adjustments accurately.
• Maintain master data and SAP MM material records.
• Analyze usage trends and adjust MRP settings with approvals.
• Monitor inventory thresholds and ensure material availability.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and site operations on parts.
• Track warranty claims and support lifecycle management.
• Lead or assist inventory optimization projects and training.
